Type any name into the “Note ID or new name” box and click Go. That creates a unique note link (for example: bestnotepad.com/meeting). You can then type and edit freely - changes save automatically.

Only if they have the exact link. Notes aren't indexed by search engines and there's no public list of notes. Keep your note links private if you don't want others to access them.

Notes are stored as plain text files on our server and remain accessible as long as the link exists. You can overwrite or delete a note by creating a new one with the same ID.

No personal accounts or identifying information are collected. We use anonymous analytics (Google Analytics) to measure site usage and performance only.
